I can't tell you how much your training has assisted with some commercial work that came my way this week, especially the one to one work we did. Last week Friday I got a call to do work for Purina :) It was to photograph finalists for a competition for Purina's Gourmet range. I didn't use the quadra's but did use off camera flash with softboxes. I built the light up for each set, with one light at a time and put the subjects in at the end. I was the second photographer to attempt their ridiculous briefs, the first guy failed, but thrilled to say I nailed it due the use of creative lighting and of course your recent input.
